Campaign Introduction:
Hi, everyone! My name is Chau Nguyen. I’m from Vietnam and I'm first-year PhD student in Dr. Chen's group.
I think being a member of CGSS is a good opportunity for me to make new friends, practice and enhance my soft skills, and of course, to have some fun. That is why I would like to run for First-Year Representative position to get involved in different activities and events, to build my network, as well as to use my own experience as a new graduate student to help others. I would consider myself an easy-going person with an open mind, a hard worker, and also a team-player who is always down to have fun with other members. That's a little bit about me and I hope to meet you all in person soon when school starts!
